Before there was a charity, there was a search.

When Greg's mum, Anna, vanished in Malaysia in 2017, he didn't wait for someone else to find answers. He launched a search of his own: more than a thousand people interviewed, thousands of flyers distributed, and leads pursued across two countries — sometimes at real personal risk.

That search is why Raeana exists, and it's why Greg was invited to appear at CRIME SCENE Victor Harbor this August — a true-crime convention held over three days in one of South Australia's most popular and picturesque coastal towns.

The Central Panel

Greg joined the Crime Scene Central Panel at the Victa Cinema on Saturday 22 August, speaking as a citizen investigator about what unrelenting persistence can achieve, and how one person's efforts can uncover evidence that would otherwise stay buried.

He doesn't tell the story for the spotlight. He tells it because somewhere right now another family is at the start of the same road, and they should know it can be walked.

Leave a light on

Anna's story is the reason behind everything we roast — she and Frank meet in the two letters we mark in orange on every bag. Speaking about the search keeps her present, and keeps attention on the missing-persons cases that never made the front page.
