The name

Code Black is the highest-alert signal in the book, the one Australian first responders sound when there's an armed, immediate threat and every emergency team scrambles into action at once. It's the coffee blend that hits with the same all-out intensity, an electric jolt of bold, dark, relentless flavour that detonates on first sip and surges straight through you, snapping every sense to full alert, like the moment the sirens start screaming.

Tasting

Rich dark chocolate, a fusion of sweet caramel, a hint of fruity plum, and a faint note of leather. Deep and full-bodied.

Brewing

Built for espresso, strong and thick. Air-roasted using the fluid-bed method for a clean, even roast. Roasted to order.

Sourcing

Single-origin Brazilian peaberry, the rarer round bean, prized for its concentrated flavour. Ethically sourced.
