The name
Dark Ops is a blend run like a covert night insertion. Silent, shadow-black and utterly relentless. The flavour doesn't arrive, it ambushes you, hitting with a bold, dark intensity that surges through you like a strike team breaching at 0600h, leaving you wide awake and fully operational before you even realise the mission has begun.
Tasting
Dark chocolate and toasted spice up front, a hint of dried cherry underneath, and a smoky, full-bodied finish. It holds its ground through milk and hits hard as a short black.
Brewing
Made for espresso and stovetop, strong enough for a proper long black. Roasted to order.
Sourcing
A blend from Tanzania, Ethiopia and Guatemala. Ethically sourced, because we'd rather know who grew it.
