Payment information is handled by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. We also collect limited technical information, such as your device type and how you use our site, to help it work and to improve it.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, to respond to enquiries, to keep you updated about your order, and, if you have opted in, to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the store and fulfil orders, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers and our delivery carriers. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data overseas, and where they do we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides secure hosting and an encrypted checkout.

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
