Processing and dispatch
We roast and ship your coffee within 48 hours of your order, so it reaches you as fresh as possible. During busier periods dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.
Delivery times and cost
We ship across Australia. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Once your order is on its way, we will send you tracking details where available.
Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will help sort it out. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we may be unable to recover orders sent to an incorrect address.
