Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we identify an error in pricing or description, in which case we will refund any payment already made.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product details are correct, but errors can occur. If we find an error that affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Products
Coffee is roasted to order. Product images and descriptions are a guide, and natural products vary. Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Frannkly Roasted or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or paying the cost of having the product resupplied.
